The Court accepts criminal complaints between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:00 pm except on days when Court is in session.
In order to adhere to the Superior Court of New Jersey Ocean Vicinage policy regarding adjournments the court requires that all requests for adjournment be made in writing at least four business days prior to the scheduled court date, except in cases of a bona fide emergency. All requests should have back up documentation enclosed as appropriate. In the event of a disparity between the date/time on a summons and the date/time provided in the trial notice, then the listing set forth on the trial notice shall prevail.All requests can be faxed to the Court at (732)240-0984.
Acceptable forms of payment to the Court are check, cash or money order, the court cannot accept telephone payments or credit or debit cards at this time.

From Parkway Northbound take exit 77 and at the light make a left onto Pinewald-Keswick Road, continue about 2 miles and on the left hand side is the Police Building in which the Court is located.
From Parkway Southbound take exit 77, make a left off the exit onto Double Trouble Road, go to end and at light make a right onto Pinewald-Keswick
